TextRecruit Advanced Reporting

Reporting view

The competition for talent hasn't gotten any easier, and the pressure is on for talent acquisition managers to enable their teams to create recruiting campaigns that effectively engage candidates. As more and more employers roll out text messaging, the onus falls on managers to report on tool adoption, campaign effectiveness, and to show how these factors trend over time. Our new TextRecruit reporting enhancements enable talent acquisition managers to do just that.

Our new reporting enables you to get both a bird's eye and a deep dive view of how effectively your team members are using TextRecruit. We've kicked things off by adding three new report types: basic user stats, do not text, and annual report. You can also now view metrics for any date range you'd like in all of our reports.

See how effective your team members are with the Basic User Stats Report.
You can view SMS sent, responses, response time, and response rate on
an individual user, team, or aggregate basis.

Use the Do Not Text Report to examine your unsubscribe rates on a user by user basis. Discover who's the best at using text messaging effectively on your team so
you can replicate their results team wide.

Use the Annual Report to view a high level aggregate of all the other reports filtered by a single calendar year up to the date you run the report. Perfect for end of year reporting.
