Make Texting Codes the Secret Weapon in Your Recruiting Arsenal

You’re having a hard time attracting talent. You spent hours editing and fine-tuning your job posting to make sure it’s absolutely perfect. Meanwhile, all of the applicant information from the initial screening is logged and available to you.

The key differentiator involved with using texting codes is the simplicity that coincides with them. They allow you to cast a wider net into the talent pool to assure that you are finding the perfect candidate. You also don’t have to spend as much time in the initial communication phase of the recruiting process. Your reach increases as your time-to-hire decreases. Easy as that.

Attracting talent can be a strenuous task in today’s job market. Unemployment is low and job-seekers are shopping around more for the ideal job.
